highWhile driving at freeway speed under clear weather conditions with no traffic or debris, the panoramic glass roof on my 2024 Mercedes-Benz AMG EQE SUV suddenly shattered without warning. There was no impact or external cause. The glass appeared to explode from the inside out and fell into the vehicle, creating a serious safety hazard. The dealer denied warranty coverage and stated it was not a manufacturing issue, requiring me to file the repair through my own insurance.
