lowTHE CONSUMERS VEHICLE HAD STEERING PROBLEMS. *NM GM DID NOT INCLUDE ALL OF THE LUMINAS WITH STEERING PROBLEMS. GM BLAMED THE SPRING PRESSURE WHICH DID NOT ACCOUNT FOR THE STEERING PROBLEMS WITH ALL OF THE VEHICLES THAT DID NOT HAVE THE HIGHER SPRING PRESSURE. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TURNED LEFT, THE VEHICLE WOULD BE UNSTABLE AND UNPREDICTABLE. THERE WERE REPEATED ATTEMPTS BUT THE PROBLEM REMAINED THE SAME. THE STEERING GEAR ALSO STARTED TO FALL APART AS THE CONSUMERS DAUGHTER DROVE THE VEHICLE. *SC *JB
