highLOCAL DEALERSHIP SENT OUT NOTICE OF RECALL IN JULY 2016. IS NOT EXPECTING TO HAVE PARTS FOR RECALL UNTIL SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2017, OVER A YEAR LATER. CAN'T USE PASSENGER SEAT DUE TO POSSIBLE INJURY. WAITING OVER A YEAR FOR A REPLACEMENT IS UNACCEPTABLE.
