I took my car to Fields Cadillac Jacksonville for routine oil change and to rotate/balance tires. I was inform via video message that I had an oil leak coming from the camshaft carrier reseal and requires immediate attention.

The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 5,200. The VIN was not available.
